These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jy jili platform and all related services. By using the jy jili website, mobile application or any associated channel, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

jy jili reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Section 1

Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the jy jili platform, users must be at least 21 years old. Any jy jili service is strictly prohibited for minors. The authority may request an identity document or proof of age at any time for verification, and the user is obliged to provide it.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be accurate, complete and up to date. jy jili reserves the right to cancel an account and withhold available funds if incorrect or false information is provided.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing or transferring your account to any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the jy jili support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

2.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the jy jili platform is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. A withdrawal request may be held until the identity verification process is finished. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit, although the authority may approve an alternative method in exceptional cases.

2.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. Any account linked to money laundering or illegal financial activity will be closed immediately, and relevant information may be provided to the appropriate authorities.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 is available on your first deposit at jy jili. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That means a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing. A bonus is never direct cash — it only becomes withdrawable after the specified conditions are met.

3.2 Other Promotions

jy jili also provides the following promotional offers:

• Birthday Special Gift — up to ৳1,500, wagering 10 times the bonus. This reward can be claimed once during the month of your registered birthday.
• Refer a Friend Bonus — up to ৳2,000, wagering 8 times the bonus. After each successful referral, the bonus will be added to your account automatically.
• Weekend Cricket Deposit Offer — 40% of the deposit, up to ৳6,000, wagering 18 times the bonus, minimum deposit ৳100. This bonus can be claimed once per weekend when depositing in the cricket section.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own conditions and users must meet those conditions to claim the bonus. Claims from multiple accounts for the same offer are not accepted. If bonuses are misused or an attempt is made to earn bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.

VIP Program and Cashback

4.1 VIP Tiers

The jy jili VIP program has four tiers. Users can move up to higher tiers progressively based on their volume and regularity of play:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

4.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week (total wagered minus total won). For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jy jili platform:

• Fraudulent behaviour involving the bonus system or creating multiple accounts
• Using automation software, bots or artificial intelligence in gameplay
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account
• Operating an account with a false identity or incorrect information
• Exploiting technical errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transaction

5.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibitions are violated, jy jili may temporarily suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit any pending rewards and take legal action.

If a user wishes to close their account, they can contact the jy jili 24/7 support team via live chat or email. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

The jy jili platform may be temporarily disrupted due to technical errors, network interruptions or unavoidable circumstances. jy jili is not liable for direct or indirect losses in such situations. Responsibility for issues arising from third-party payment gateways or network services lies with the relevant party.

jy jili does not provide any compensation for losses in gameplay — the financial risk of gaming is entirely the user's own.

Intellectual Property and Intellectual Assets

All intellectual assets of jy jili — including the website, application, logo, graphics, content and software — are owned by jy jili or operated under appropriate licences.
